CADopia Blocks can include Attributes. Attributes are labels with properties,
they store non-graphical information typically associated with a block.
For example, attributes can be Manufacturer, Model number and Price for a desk
block. This information can be stored in the drawing for each desk as an
Attribute. You can then extract the Attributes into a spreadsheet to create a
Bill of Materials or an Asset Inventory List.
In this tutorial, you will use CADopia’s attribute feature to define Room NAME and Room AREA attributes, convert them to an attribute block, and edit them. Finally, you will extract the Attributes into a spreadsheet.
