CADopia can autoload Lisp files in the following ways:

  1. start.lsp (must be located in the folder path specified for support files). Add your lisp file name with complete path details, one per line in this file.
  2. Menu Lisp (.mnl) files with the same name and location as a loaded menu XML-file(E.g. Application.xml and Application.mnl in the UI\English folder). If you have your own partial menu file, then this is the recommended solution for loading them.

Please use our online-help included in the software.
We do provide an optional courseware for purchase.

If you have activated a current license of CADopia, you can also use all previous product versions of CADopia with this activated license.

E.g. A valid CADopia 15 license will run together with CADopia 14 and CADopia 12

The activation with a product key works only with the correct CADopia product version. You can’t activate in the previous product versions with a newer product key. (e.g. CADopia 14 won’t accept a product key from CADopia 15)

Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Applications 2012 SDK must be installed for CADopia 15 separately.
It can be downloaded from Microsoft directly under:
Please check the system requirements for VSTA 2012. It can only be used from Windows 7 SP1 and higher.

Article 14: Error Code 5040 During the Activation Process
The error message 5040 means:
Clock setback detected – License Manager has detected that the clock has been set back. This error 5040 will only happen on expiring and trial licenses, if the computer date is set to the past during the activation process. No license key is submitted to the computer, if this error occurs.

You should correct the time settings of his computer and then reactivate again. Another reason for this problem could be that programs with a newer date than the current are installed in the Windows system folder.

After the reset to the current time a restart of the computer can be required. A full time-unrestricted license will always works on this computer.
