 CADopia Announces Appointment of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as Outside Legal Counsel San Diego, California, February 17, 2005 - CADopia LLC today announced that Mario Rosati of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has been retained as legal counsel. Rosati specializes in corporate law, especially as it relates to technology companies. He is a member of the firm's Executive Management Committee, Policy Committee and is also the managing partner of WS Investments. "We are excited to have Mr. Rosati join CADopia as a legal advisor," said Surya Sarda, CEO of CADopia. "His experience in the technology industry is outstanding and we are delighted to be able to tap into his experience." In 1981, Rosati participated in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Task Force to the office of the President Elect, Ronald Reagan, and in 1982-83 served as a Special Consultant to the Secretary, Drew Lewis, and Deputy Secretary of Transportation, Darrel Trent. In this connection he was a member of the Airport Access Task Force. Rosati served as Judge Pro-Tem in the Superior Court, State of California, San Mateo County and currently serves on the Panel of Arbitrators for San Mateo County. He is also on the UC Berkeley Foundation Board of Trustees. He received his J.D. from Boalt Hall, University of California at Berkeley, in 1971. While attending Boalt, he received the Am Jur Award in Corporations. Rosati is an adjunct Professor, Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Lester Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He did his undergraduate work at the University of California at Los Angeles, where he received a Bachelor in Arts with a major in history in 1968.
